ESTEVAN — Estevan Police Service is looking into a collision, which occurred on Nov. 4.
Members received a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a truck that collided with a pedestrian walking with her bike. The driver of the vehicle was reported to have stopped to check on the woman and then left the area.
The pedestrian suffered a few minor injuries and had a damaged bike.
Police are appealing to the driver of the truck to identify themselves to EPS as it is believed there is a language barrier, and details were not properly exchanged between the two parties.

In other recent news, a man was arrested at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse after he assaulted a police officer. He was processed and released later in the day and will appear in court at a future date to speak to the charge.
Also, a report of a theft of a wallet and debit card was received. Local transactions were made using the stolen card and the matter remains under investigation.
A Weyburn man was arrested on outstanding warrants from the Weyburn Police Service. He was subsequently released with a new court date at the Weyburn Provincial Courthouse.
