ESTEVAN - Another court appearance has been made by a Gainsborough man, arrested in connection with the death of a woman from Oxbow.
Tyler Shaw, 27, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder. He’ll appear in Estevan court again on Oct. 7.
His co-accused, 24-year-old Taylor Japp, of Oxbow, is charged with second-degree murder, and he returns to court in Carlyle for a preliminary hearing in June 2025. He has been released with conditions.
On April 25, the body of 28-year-old Briana Hayes was discovered at a rural location in the RM of Moose Mountain.
