UPDATE:
The Saskatchewan RCMP is reporting that Julia Koester has been located safe, according to a news release issued late Saturday.
The RCMP issued a missing person advisory on Aug. 22. According to Moose Jaw RCMP, she was last seen on Aug. 9 at approximately 7 p.m. on Thomas Street in Marquis, which is northwest of Moose Jaw.
