ESTEVAN — The 2901 Estevan (Elks) PPCLI Army Cadet Corps were the recipients of the Royal Canadian Army Cadet Proficiency Challenge Cup for the 1992-93 training year.
The presentation of the award was made at an Army Cadet League dinner in Regina in November 1992.
