REGINA - The Regina Humane Society (RHS) is set to host the 37th annual telethon to be broadcast on AccessNow TV.

The telethon will be broadcast live from the RHS Animal Community Centre on April 13th, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The organization notes this year's event "promises to be a celebration of second chances."

Those tuning in will be treated to a mix of "happily-ever-after" stories from adopted pets to the ongoing journey of pets waiting for a forever home.

"We’re thrilled to share how our community has stepped up to help thousands of animals in need," said Bill Thorn, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at RHS.

Donations make an immediate difference in the lives of the homeless, abused, and neglected dogs relying on the RHS for a second chance.

There will also be the return of the 50/50 draw, giving a ticket holder a chance to win half of the total jackpot.

"We’re proud to have been a partner in this important telethon since the beginning," said Tracey Mucha, Senior Manager of Community Engagement at Access Communications.

During the telethon, donations can be made on the RHS website or by calling 639-709-9660.
