Will Sask.'s Buffalo and PC parties form an alliance?

Conservative Party leader says talks of a coalition are still only in the discussion phase.

SASKATCHEWAN - Two political parties in Saskatchewan are considering an alliance.

Saskatchewan’s Buffalo Party Leader Phil Zajac says there's been a lot of talk of Conservative-value parties splitting the vote, so the party is considering whether a campaign alliance with the Progressive Conservatives might be mutually beneficial.

Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan Leader Rose Buscholl says talks of a coalition are still only in the discussion phase.

The Saskatchewan United Party also represents Conservative values but has not been involved in the discussions, saying it remains focused on fielding its own full slate of candidates for this fall's election.
