The family of Metro Skwarchuk of the Foam Lake Jubilee Care Home, formerly of Springside, beloved husband of the late Anne Skwarchuk, sadly announce his passing on February 22. Metro was 98 years of age.
A public visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27 from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm from the Chapel of Bailey’s Funeral Home, Yorkton.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m. from the Holy Transfiguration Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Yorkton
Relatives and friends wishing to support the family virtually may do so by clicking on the link on Metro’s obituary page any time after 9:45 Friday.
The interment will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane, Yorkton Memorial Gardens.
Memorial donations in memory of Metro Skwarchuk may be made to the Drobot Cemetery as gifts of remembrance.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Bailey’s Funeral Home.
