UNITY — The board of directors of North West Terminal Ltd. has announced the appointment of Holly Bannerman as chief financial officer.
In her new role, Bannerman will be responsible for all financing, treasury, accounting and human resource functions for the company, as well as leading strategic planning.
In a release, NWT stated Bannerman brings a deep understanding of NWT’s business to her new position, having served as controller for NWT since August of 2015. Prior to joining NWT, she held various positions in the health care and the oil and gas industry. Bannerman is a CPA, CGA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and accounting from the University of Calgary.
“The board of directors is excited to promote Holly to CFO,” says NWT President Brad Sperle. “Our stakeholders already have familiarity with her from past years. Holly has built an incredible finance settlements team during her tenure with the company and these new responsibilities will allow her to help lead NWT through its next phase of growth.”
