PRINCE ALBERT - April 27 to May 3 marks Missing Person’s Week in the province of Saskatchewan. Throughout the week the Prince Albert Police Service will once again bring attention to the twelve historical missing person files still being investigated.
On day one of Missing Person’s Week in Saskatchewan, the Prince Albert Police Service is renewing its request for information in the missing persons cases of June Johnson and Robert Wiggins.
June Johnson was last seen on Aug. 3, 1979, when she was driven to the former Marlboro Hotel in Prince Albert by a family friend. June is described as female, 5’4, approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.
Robert Wiggins was last seen on July 28, 1980, when he was dropped off at a residence in 500 block of 11th Street East just before sunrise by close friends. Robert is described as male, 5’10, approximately 180 pounds.
After his disappearance, Robert’s wallet was located along Highway 16 near Radisson and turned in to the Radisson RCMP.
Any information in relation to the disappearance of June Johnson and Robert Wiggins is valuable and the Prince Albert Police Service is once again asking the public to report that information to police by calling 306-953-4222.
