CANWOOD - Ahtahkahoop RCMP are investigating a fatal rollover near Canwood.
On Feb. 21 at approximately 11:30 p.m., Ahtahkahoop RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 55, approximately 6.5 kilometres east of Canwood.
Officers responded along with local fire and EMS. A passenger of the vehicle was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 43-year-old man from Neilburg. His family has been notified.
The driver and a second passenger were transported to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening in nature.
Ahtahkahoop RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
