Dear Editor
I was amazed to read in a Saskatoon newpaper that the provincial government, through Univeristy of Saskatchewan is funding a study on the Saskatchewan moose population by providing GPS collars for a number of animals at $5,000 a piece, to find out why they are crossing our highways.
I thought we studied why chickens crossed the road - "to get to the other side." Do they have way too much money?
