A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific goal. They can help you avoid distraction, reinforce goals and keep your intentions in the forefront of your mind.

A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific goal. They can help you avoid distraction, reinforce goals and keep your intentions in the forefront of your mind. They can be used for almost anything! You can clip inspirational quotes from magazines or newspapers and paste them on poster paper and place it somewhere you can see it often. Or, you can simply keep quotes written down for that daily inspiration.

From my large collection of vision boards, I have selected some of my favourite clippings to share with you. These come from a wide variety of sources. Use them how you like. I hope you can find inspiration and motivation from them.

1. If it's important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

2. There are three basic rules of fitness (and life): get started, keep going, enjoy the journey.

3, You have to work for it. Stop wishing and start doing.

4. I don't stop when I'm tired, I stop when I'm done.

5. Embrace and love your body. It's the most amazing thing you will ever own.

6. Love yourself enough to work a little harder.

7. Instead of focusing on the weight your body is going down, focus on the weight of your dumbbell going up.

8. I am doing this for me.

9. Strong is the new skinny.

10 Think before you eat.

11. You aren't going to get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have.

12. Drink more water ... and then a little more.

13. Exercise to be fit, not skinny.

14. If you put in the effort you'll see the change.

15. The goal isn't to be perfect, it's to be better. And to never, ever stop.

16. Next time it will be easy to go a little further.

17. The voice in your head that says you can't do it is a liar.

18. There are no secret tricks, magic pills or miracle smoothies. Fit bodies are achieved by a healthy diet, exercise and perseverance.

19. Nothing tastes as good as fit feels.

20. Biceps don't grow on trees.

21. Overcome the voice in your head that says you can't.

22. Some people dream about it, others get up and work hard at it.

23. I know you're not just lucky. I see how hard you work. Every single day.

24. Girls who are naturally skinny are lucky. But the girls who have had to fight for it are strong.

25. If you want something you've never had then you've got to do something you've never done.
