Teachers are in the middle of a crisis and need the public's support.
The Government of Saskatchewan's bargaining committee wants you think that they are offering a fair and reasonable offer to teachers when in fact they are devaluing the work teachers do by offering an unreasonable and inequitable contract that doesn't even offset current inflation rates.
Teachers are waiting for the government to offer a fair and reasonable contract that places our salaries in between those of Alberta and Manitoba teachers.
As concerned citizens, it's time to face the government and demand they provide a contract that honours the commitment teachers have to their communities and students. Many of you may know a teacher and can recognize the effort spent providing quality education. Show your support however you are able to and affirm that teachers are valuable to our communities.
