I've been a visitor to Saskatchewan since 1975. I now have a second home at Tobin Lake and spend about eight weeks a year in Saskatchewan. I have traveled other places in the world, but have never been treated better than I have been by the people of Saskatchewan.
This past 30 days I have been corresponding with some of your government officials. I hope the citizens of Saskatchewan appreciate these officials as much as I do. I have corresponded with Premier Brad Wall, Environment Minister Dustin Duncan, MLA member Fred Bradshaw of Carrot River, Natural Resources Enforcement Head Kevin Callele and two conservation officers, Karl Breker of Humboldt and Steve Dobko of Nipawin.
Every one of them were responsive to my correspondence or phone calls. Let me tell you that I would not have had the same result here in the U.S. Your officials obviously care about the people they serve.
Thank you to these officials and all the people of Saskatchewan for all you are and what you have done for me. Saskatchewan, there is nothing like it.
