Respect funeral traditions

Dear Editor I recently attended a funeral at the Anglican Church on 102nd Street in North Battleford.

Dear Editor

I recently attended a funeral at the Anglican Church on 102nd Street in North Battleford. When the service was concluded, the people who were going to the cemetery for the interment got in their cars, led by the hearse with a roof rotating light. All of the following cars had their lights flashing.

I was amazed when cars at the intersections did not yield to let them proceed as a group. To me this shows a great lack of respect for the ceremony of funeral services.

Please stop and allow those in a funeral procession to proceed as a group.
