A bouquet to the gentleman who bought us lunch at Wendy's last year.
It was March 2010; we were at Wendy's in Lloydminster. My four young children and I were travelling home to British Columbia and stopped for lunch. It was almost our turn to order when you offered to pay for us. I was so flustered. I hadn't experienced such a random act of kindness before! We quickly placed our order. I was going to "properly" thank you after you had ordered your own lunch, but to my surprise, you paid for our lunch, then left. All I know is that you were headed home to the Battlefords.
We may be late with the thank you, but we haven't forgotten your example of generosity.
Five votes of thanks from British Columbia.
