One contractor on the right road

Dear Editor I have driven all over the city of North Battleford and have not missed many humps or potholes. I have noticed 11th Avenue is in good shape. I would suggest the City hire the contractor that surfaced it.

I have noticed 11th Avenue is in good shape. I would suggest the City hire the contractor that surfaced it. It is sure a lot better than the others.
