As promised last week, here are another 25 of my favourite clippings from my many vision boards. I hope that some of these can motivate you towards achieving your goals. Many of them apply to more than just exercise. Again, use them however you feel that they fit into your life.
26. Actually ... I can.
27. I run because I can. When I get tired, I remember those who can't run, what they'd give to have this simple gift I take for granted, and I run a little harder for them. I know that they would do the same for me.
28. Yesterday you said tomorrow.
29. Don't think. Just lace up your shoes and go.
30. If you want to accomplish anything in life, you can't just sit back and hope it will happen. You've got to make it happen.
31. Prove yourself.
32. If you are reading this you're not too busy to workout today. No more excuses.
33. No one can go back and make a brand new start but anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
34. Don't reward yourself with food. You aren't a dog.
35. There are 1,440 minutes in a day. Use 60 of them for exercise.
36. You want results? Then train like it.
37. No, you don't need to starve yourself. But you also don't need that greasy burger.
38. The time is now!
39. Never give up. You never know what is around the next corner.
40. I'm making myself epic.
41. It's pretty simple actually, either you do it or you don't.
42. Don't let anyone tell you you can't do it. Especially yourself.
43. Today I will do what others won't so that tomorrow I can do what others can't.

45. Suck it up and one day you won't have to suck it in!
46. If you keep good food in your house, you will eat good food.

48. Discipline is doing what you know needs to be done, even though you don't want to.
49. Exercise like your life depends on it ... because it does.
