Happy Easter Humboldt and anyone else who may be reading this article. I am praying that you are trying to keep safe and that the presence of the Holy Spirit is giving you an assurance of peace during this time of unrest.

I want to give you some words of hope from the scriptures that come from Isaiah 41: 10 which says, 鈥淪o do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand鈥 (NIV).

Let us hold on to this promise and remember that even in a time like now, God promises us that He will strengthen us and help us to get through this pandemic. Jesus conquered death and rose from the grave meaning that not only does He have the power over death, but He has the power to help us to conquer this COVID-19 virus and bring restoration in our lives and as well as in this world.

We at the Humboldt Seventh-day Adventist Fellowship are praying for you in our homes of course and online and we are staying positive that the Lord will give our doctors and scientists the wisdom to find the cure for this virus. Until then I encourage you to give someone a call and let them know that you care.

Let鈥檚 not let social distancing keep us distant from each other!
