As we enter into the Easter season of the year 2020, the world finds itself in an unprecedented state of uncertainty, despair, and unrest. The need for a 鈥渟aving鈥 solution to solve and answer a worldwide pandemic has never become more critical than our present time in human existence.

The world is in need of something or someone that will bring salvation and deliverance in a time of great turmoil and darkness. The people of the earth are in need of a Saviour now, more than ever before.

The Oxford dictionary states that a saviour is a person who saves someone or something from a dangerous or difficult situation. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was introduced into the world as the Messiah (Saviour). He is the One who saves and redeems us from our sins by His precious blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary 2000 years ago.

Believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and living in His ways removes darkness from our lives. The bible says in John chapter 8:12 Jesus said 鈥溾 am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.鈥 How refreshing it is to read good news like this. Especially in today鈥檚 world.

In this period of darkness that has swept over the earth I would encourage you to to partake of this light that is promised in scripture by saying this prayer after me: 鈥淒ear Heavenly Father, I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that you raised Him from the dead. I repent of my sin. Forgive me, wash and cleanse me. I commit myself to Your ways for my life. Guide me in all you have for me to do in this world. Thank you for saving me. Amen.
