A boot to the man who believes he is a good dog owner by diligently walking his dog every day at 5:30 a.m. along West Railway and 12th Avenue, but stands and watches as his dog defecates on private property and does not have the decency to clean it up. We're tired of cleaning up after your dog. Better yet, let him do it in your own yard if you don't want to clean up after it.
