Everyone I talk to recently has the same questions. Just what is the definition of Level 3 and Level 4 care? His it changed? If so, how, when and why? As far as I know, Level 3 and Level 4 has always meant "around the clock nursing care."
And how can you have people with dementia in a place with nursing care only available 40 hours a week and on call? Remember that dementia does not get better. It gets worse.
