Dear Editor
Last week and entire front page of the second section of the paper was entirely dedicated to a concert to be given at the Dekker Centre.
And so, the Friday, Oct. 26 edition of the paper came out and there was not even a review of how the event went, nor a mention of Derek Edward's show, no mention of the 100 empty seats for each show, no mention of the fact there are only two more quality acts booked through to the new year.
Instead we are forced to read the "editorial" written by Alex McPhail about just how great the CuPlex is. Never a tough question asked of the management, never pointing out the problems. Just rosy praise and references to jewels oft repeated.
All I ask is for balanced reporting of facts, honest reviews for all the public shows at the centre and I only hope that is not asking too much of a news paper.
