I was wondering when the City plans to do something with the road between the new complex and the fair grounds. The City made sure it was paved to the complex. We who come into the city from the east, on Highway 40 for example, us the route as our main way in and as a way out from the mall and Walmart. Wake-up city planners. There is more than the north, west and south, there are those of us from the east.
