Dear Editor
So, the people of North Battleford have finally voiced their views about bylaws governing snow removal from city property.
I wrote a letter to North Battleford city council and suggested that if I clean their property, they can come and cut my grass. I think that is fair, but I didn't get an answer.
Also, if they think it's going to cost too much money, I suggested the councillors volunteer their time. As the sign coming into North Battleford says, The City of Volunteers.
