I am writing to show support for the Heibert family after their home sustained serious damage from the storm. The number of people who turned out to help clean up shows the strength of a community and friends. But the ridiculous number of Lookie Lous, who just about come to a complete stop gawk around and take pictures then speed off, are revolting. How can someone do that? Show some respect and lift a finger, move a branch or pick up a piece of stryofoam, drop by with a batch of cookies or even a pot of coffee. Every little bit helps. Don't just drive by staring.
