Dear Editor
Members of Council of the City of North Battleford are to be complimented on their unanimous decision to grant discretionary use of the Wilson and Zehner property as a medical clinic. Those members who changed their minds are to be congratulated for having the intestinal fortitude to review their previous position and, by their votes, acknowledge their previous position was in error. It is not often one sees elected officials reconsider and change their minds.
Kudos to City Manager Jim Toye, who undoubtedly provided wise counsel to members of council.
