Cliff was predeceased by his parents Fred and Rose Voeltz; siblings: Ruth Voeltz, Ricky Voeltz and Gladys Biasutto; his first wife, Irene McAmmond; sister-in-law, Maureen Voeltz; nephew, Shaun Blechinger.
