STEPHENSON: Doris Alberta (nee Upton) Doris passed away peacefully on October 23 at the age of 94 years. She was born November 3, 1916 in Calgary, Alberta. She was raised in Tako, Saskatchewan, where she met and married Ole Stephenson, who became a Roadmaster on the CNR. Over the years she traveled with her husband and raised their family mainly in Wainwright, Alberta and North Battleford,Saskatchewan. She spent the last sixteen years of her life in Calgary, Alberta. She leaves to mourn her loss two sons; Mervin Stephenson and Roland (Arlene) Stephenson; four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren . Funeral services were held at St. James Anglican Church, 6351 Ranchview Drive N.W., Calgary Alberta on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10:00 am . Internment followed in the Wainwright Cemetery.
