Ken was predeceased by parents Arthur & Gladys Sidebottom, sister, Ruth Robinson, brother, Edwin Sidebottom, first wife, Phyllis Ramsay & grandson Nicola Edward Kenneth Hawryliw. The "Celebration of Life" was held Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from Heritage Hall ~ Western Development Museum, North Battleford, SK. with Rev. Fred J. Tinio officiating. Scripture Readings were John 14 - Selected Verses and Psalm 23 ~ Granddaughter Lesa (Scherman) Heath; Shared Memories ~ Tim & Judy Pruden; Gifts of Music by Mrs. Joan Harrison ~ Pianist; Robert MacKay ~ Soloist - "The Old Rugged Cross" and "On Eagles Wings". The Pallbearers were Troy Sack, Trevor Scherman, Jason McArthur, Brett Sheppard, Justen McArthur and Travis Sack and Greeters were Randy Sidebottom, Shelley Scherman, Irene Sack, Ann McArthur, Bonnie Sheppard & Lionel Hawryliw. Memorials are requested to The Canadian Cancer Society. Interment will take place at a later date at Garden of Devotion - Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, North Battleford, SK.
