Arthur Penner. November 12, 1926 – May 5, 2016. The family of Arthur Penner age 89 years formerly of Rabbit Lake, Sk announces his passing on May 5, 2016 at his residence. He is survived by his brother Peter (Margaret), his sister Lora Penner; his niece Nancy Penner and her son Tola. It was Arthur’s wishes that their not be a funeral service.
