Paul was predeceased by his parents: John and Maria Karpluk; great-grandson, Zachary Metrunec; brother, Mike; sister, Stella Humphries; in-laws: Dan & Emily Kurysh; brothers-in-law: Eugene Kurysh, Walter Woodacre, Steve Chaban, Peter Bohun. Panakhyda ~ Prayer Service was held Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. and Funeral Service was held Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Very Rev. Fr. Taras Udod, Minister; both Services from Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Hafford, SK. The Cross Bearer was Daniel Stokalko. Cantors were Andrew Hawrysh ~ Prayer Service and Mrs. Sally Lazarowich ~ Funeral Service. The Altar Server was Ron Tanchak. The Honourary Pallbearers were "All family and friends who shared in Paul's life" and Active Pallbearers were David Karpluk, Andy Bezmutko, James Karpluk, Ken Kurysh, Karpo Stokalko and Jeff Kurysh.
