HUNTER, Alice Clara (nee Manegre), December 6, 1930 - December 2, 2013. It is with great sadness that we announce that our mom, Alice Hunter, passed away peacefully in the company of her loving family on Monday, December 2, 2013. Alice was the eldest of six children born to Eva and Phillip Manegre of North Battleford, Saskatchewan. She lived and worked in Alberta, specifically Edmonton and Grande Prairie, for most of her adult life. Left to cherish her memory are her children, David, Ruth (Scott), and Chris; grandchildren, Robert, Teresa, Jamie, Heather and Margaux; sister, Rita (Bob Parker); brothers, David (Carole) and Robert; many nieces and nephews, especially, Jan Griffiths and Jody Doll and her many friends. Alice was predeceased by her son, Daniel; daughter-in-law, Valerie; sister, Lorraine; brother, Ernest; and her parents. Alice will always be remembered for her love of her pets, gardening and sewing.
