HEON : It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Heon, late of North Battleford, SK, on November 16, 2011 at the age of 87 years. Mary leaves to mourn, her son Kenneth (Maureen) Heon; daughter Cheryl (Leonard) Oborowsky; grandsons Rob Heon and Mike Oborowsky; granddaughter Leanne (Corey) Roberts; great grandchildren Callie and Chase Roberts; brothers Joseph (Mary) Herman and Pete Herman; sister Lydia Lawlor; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Hector Heon (1981); mother Amelia Herman; and brother Daniel Herman. Funeral Service was held on November 21, 2011 from the St. Joseph Calasanctius Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Val Besas as Celebrant. Interment took place at the City of North Battleford Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations in Mary's memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan (279 - 3rd Ave N.
