Left to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Larry ; loving sons and precious grandsons: Jason (Nancy) and Jody (Lacy) - Kayle & Korben; also Kylee & Tessa; her brothers and sisters: Larry (Cynthia), Leonard (Nancy), Bernard (Bianca), Melvin, Margaret (Barry), Beverley (Stuart) and Irene; her in-laws: Rosemarie Heidel, Mildred Heidel, Joyce Heidel, Louis & Velda Heidel, Ruby Heidel, Laurence Heidel, Terry & Thelma Wakelin, Evelyn & Al Cheyne, Don & Kathy Heidel, Harry & Josephine Heidel; numerous nieces and nephews. Lorraine was predeceased by her parents: Anton & Pauline Marchewka and by her in-laws: John & Helen Heidel; brothers-in-law: Ernest Heidel, Bill Heidel, Robert Heidel, Charles Heidel, Tom Witham; sisters-in-law: Elaine Witham, Madeline O'Hirko & Pat Heidel; nephews: Terry Heidel & Brandon Marchewka; niece, Lynn Heibert. Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for Lorraine's Life was held Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 2:00 pm from Third Avenue United Church, North Battleford, SK. with Rev. Frances Patterson, officiating. The Readers were Charlene Rac & Lacey Hayward and Shared Memories by Joan Tomanek.Music Ministry was Organist ~ Mrs. Ilene Wettergreen; Third Avenue Sanctuary Choir; Soloist ~ Cammie Vany: "On Eagles Wings" & "You Are My Everything" and Hymn Selections: "Just A Closer Walk With Thee" and "In The Garden". The Honourary Pallbearers were "All Who Touched Mom's Life" and Active Pallbearers were Justin Hagen, Blake Hayward, Kelvin Heidel, Travis Heidel, Trent Wakelin and Thomas Heidel.
