GOUGH: Robert "Bob" Edwin Charles Gough of Mervin passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014 at the age of 75 years. Bob was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie & Anne Gough; his brother, Cecil Gough.

GOUGH: Robert "Bob" Edwin Charles Gough of Mervin passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014 at the age of 75 years. Bob was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie & Anne Gough; his brother, Cecil Gough. Bob is survived by: his loving wife, Shirley; his sister, Charlotte (Robert) Johnston; his daughters, Roberta Gough (Allen Farago) - Jesse; Candace (Michael) Ferguson - Cody, Brooke & Jenaya; his step-children, Susan (Tim) Sawarin - Katie (Wes), Adam (Ashley) & Danny; Laureen (Doug) Schan - Ryan & Andrea, Patrick (Amie) Roach - Amanda, Liesha, Wyatt & step-daughter, Willow, and his eight great grandchildren. The Memorial Service for Bob was conducted from the Turtle Lake Mission on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Daniel Gies officiating. Candace Ferguson and Roberta Gough delivered the eulogy, Katy Messmer was the Psalm reader, Charlotte Johnston was the poem reader, Frank Hundt was the soloist, Judith Gies was the pianist, and Marion Newman read the serenity poem. Jesse Gough was the urn bearer, and David Ottas, Tim Sawarin, Doug Schan, Norbert Weinkauf, Eugene Waldner, Walter Newman and Harold Barmby were the honorary bearers. Inurnment took place in Mervin Cemetery. The memorial lunch was held in the Mervin Seniors Hall, and lunch was provided by the Mervin Seniors Auxiliary. MARSHALL'S FUNERAL HOME LTD. of St. Walburg, Saskatchewan administered the funeral arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Riverside Health Complex designated to Palliative Care. Thank you to the staff of the Riverside Memorial Health Complex for the care they provided. Thank you to Pastor Dan, and everyone who took part in the service to honor Bob. Jess, Katy, Charlotte, Judith, Marion, and Frank, each part you played was appreciated. Thank you to the Mervin Seniors Auxiliary for the lunch, and to Marshall's Funeral Home.
