ELLIOTT: Les Elliott 1927-2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Les Elliott, late of Edam, SK on March 22, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Les was born on September 28, 1927 at Edam, SK.

ELLIOTT: Les Elliott 1927-2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Les Elliott, late of Edam, SK on March 22, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Les was born on September 28, 1927 at Edam, SK. Les is lovingly remembered by his wife, Annabelle; brothers, Dennis Elliott and Wes (Jean) Elliott; sisters-in-law, Hazel Laskey, Jean Rees and Irene Ginson-Fiss; aunt, Laura Ireland; special cousin, Darren Elliott; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Les was predeceased by his parents, Delbert and Clara; parents-in-law, Sam and Ina Ginson; brothers-in-law, Eldon Ginson and Ralph Ginson. The Funeral Service was held on March 26, 2011 from Edam Community Centre, Edam, SK with Reverend Don Skinner officiating. Active pallbearers were, Harold Alkestrup, Darren Elliott, Bill Roach, Darryl Roach, Don Carson and Delbert Elliott. Memorial donations may be made to the Edam Community Cemetery or Lady Minto Health Care for Patient Care or to the donor's choice. Interment took place at the Edam Municipal Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Wilson and Zehner Funeral Home, North Battleford, SK. Card of Thanks The family of Les Elliott would like to thank friends for their support at this difficult time. Calls, cards, baking and memorial donations were very much appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Mbaogu for his care and friendship this past year. To the staff of Lady Minto Health Care- you are special, big thanks Marie, Reverend Don Skinner and wife, Catherine for the very comforting service and music, the church woman for the lunch, the pallbearers for all of your help, to Linda, Deanna and Jennifer for your eulogy- you are special.
