CUSATOR: David Allan Cusator was born January 23, 1941 and passed away January 20, 2013 at Battlefords Union Hospital, North Battleford, SK. Allan was predeceased by his wife, Cathy in 2011 and Mother Mary in 1993. He is survived by sisters, Iris Basrab and Kathleen Carriere and Uncle Edwin (Bonnie) Ellis along with several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are Cathy's family and special friends Mary-Jean and Ron Dewald and family, his caregiver Mary Chudyk and family as well as many friends in the community. Allan was raised in the MacDowall area until the early l960's when he moved to North Battleford where he met the love his life Cathy. They spent many wonderful years together. The family extends their sincere appreciation to Elizabeth Susa (Cathy's sister) and family, Mary-Jean & Ron Dewald and family and Mary Chudyk and family for the kind, compassionate, devoted care to Allan. He thought the world of each and every one of you. Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Allan's Life was held Friday, January 25, 2013 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, North Battleford, SK. Interment followed at the Cremation Section - City of North Battleford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Paul's Anglican Church in North Battleford would be greatly appreciated.
