CRERAR: In Loving Memory of Catherine Laverne Crerar who was born Nov. 25, 1927 on the farm near Viceroy, SK and passed away May 22, 2011 at Villa Pascal, North Battleford, SK. Catherine is survived by her son Kelly Crerar of Battleford, SK and her grandson, Clint McCallum of Edmonton, AB; her sisters and brothers, George Zabolotney, Moose Jaw, SK, Evelyn Krowchenko, Saskatoon, SK, Howard Zabolotney, Assiniboia, SK and Gladys Zabolotney, Moose Jaw, SK as well as nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Dorothy Zabolotney; her sister, Mabel in infancy and brother, Floyd Zabolotney. 'Service of Remembrance' was held Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from "The Garden Chapel" ~ Battlefords Funeral Service, North Battleford, SK with Rev. Nora Borgeson, Battleford United Church, Battleford, SK officiating. The Eulogy was given by Debbie Anderson and Evelyn Krowchenko. Music Ministry was Organist, Mrs. Doreen Gilles and Hymn Selections "Shall We Gather At The River", "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Just A Closer Walk With Thee". Memorials are requested to The Alzheimer Society, 301 - 2550 - 12th Ave, Regina, SK S4P 3X1. Interment will take place at a later date at Moose Jaw, SK.
