COOPER: In Loving Memory of Elizabeth Lavine Cooper (Aunty Vina) who was born April 13, 1931 at Humboldt, SK and passed away November 30, 2012 at St. Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon, SK. Vina is survived by her children: Brian (Debbie), Sharon, Myron (Robin); Grandchildren: Tammy, Greg, Jana, Jeremy; Great-Grandchildren: Harlee, Shianne, Amitai, Sunny; sisters: Christine Langhorst, Lucille Hackl; numerous nieces and nephews. Vina was predeceased by her husband, Nelson Cooper; parents, Joseph & Mary Wolsfeld; sisters, Marie, Phylis, Florence, Eleanor and brothers, Joseph and Daniel. Eulogy A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother; her greatest joys were family, all children and cooking. She always prepared a feast at holidays for her children and whoever turned up on her doorstep. There was always plenty to go around. Her quick wit and sense of humor could sometimes catch you off guard if you didn't see the little glint in her eyes. She was mother to many children that were not her own. She will always be remembered in their hearts as Aunty Vina. She was a very determined and strong willed person, who knew what she wanted in life and was not prepared to accept anything less. She was very generous, especially when it came to children. Her family, adopted families and all her friends will miss her dearly. By person request, there will not be a funeral service. Interment of her cremated remains will take place at a later date. ____________________________________________________
