CAMPBELL: Hilda May Campbell (nee: lllingworth), Aug 9, 1923 - November 29, 2013. It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our Mother, formerly of North Battleford, now of Saskatoon. Hilda was predeceased by her husband Ronald Crawford and her three brothers, Ken, Harold, and Glen. Hilda will be lovingly remembered by her surviving siblings George lllingworth of Kelowna, BC, Elsie Wilkinson (Wilk) of Kamloops BC., Joyce Turner of Castlegar, BC., Evelyn Robertson of Kamloops, BC., by her children Gerry Lux (Gary) of Saskatoon, Carolyn Wheeler (Tony) of Surry, BC., Allan Campbell (Karen) of Cowichan Bay, BC., Sheila Gerbrandt (Trevor) of Saskatoon, nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. Mom was born and raised at the Saskatchewan Hospital in North Battleford where she had very fond memories. Some of her fondest memories where while working at Craig Bros. Dept. store, the Co-op Creamery, and the Saskatchewan Hospital. She was very active in the Royal Canadian Legion for many years. Mom loved curling, gardening, picnicking, going to the lake, and just spending time with family and friends. The family would like to send a special "thank you" to all the care providers, especially DR. T. Gabruch, the many Homecare aids, Homecare nurses, and Palliative care nurses that helped Mom through this difficult time. A Memorial service will be held at a future date.
