I was born in North Battleford, July 17, 1961 to Howard and Anne Campbell. I am the youngest of four. Through my childhood we lived in Thackery, Prince Albert, Unity, Wilkie and the Battlefords, and I stayed many times at Cando. These were the fun, barefoot days. Mom and dad would pack us up and we would go and camp and fish and have wiener roasts. We never had much money but we had love, hey that's a song. Anyway, I enjoyed being Tuckie Campbell as I grew up. I had good role models, Dave, Arnold, Chick and cousins. But I turned out to be the coolest one, all you had to do was know me. I had fun during my youth with my brothers and sister, got into some trouble with family and friends as all teenage boys will do. They were good times, the good ol' days. In 1990 I met and fell in love with my soul mate; my one true love, Linda. We would spend 22 beautiful years together. Out of this I gave Linda five of my children to raise. Misty, Darrell Jr, Santana, Coda and I got to name this one, Baby Linda. I was also blessed with five step-children, Lisa, Derek, Shane, Lacey and Mary. I haven't forgotten you my other children, Joshua, Chelsea, Shaylene and Tiffany. I was blessed even more with all my grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Through the years many memories were made and I hope you all share your memories of me with one another. Over the last 22 years Linda and I would take the kids camping in Cochin or fishing. Family was always important to me like the times I'd call up my sister and tell her we were coming up to visit for the night. We may not have always had a lot of money but we always had a lot of laughs. But you know me "nothing but the best for my family". Linda and I sacrificed many things we wanted over the years so we could give our kids what they hoped to have. I taught my kids many things over the years; my boys, I taught the best spots for hunting, my girls how to fish and Misty I taught her what the best thing for picking her toe nails is. I taught them all how to work hard. I worked hard for the past ten years at Urban Native Housing and really enjoyed my job. I'm sure gunna miss my co-workers. Sorry I left with all the work Mark but I'm sure you'll do fine. Joyce and the rest of the gang I hope you miss me like heck. Oh yeah I am a great hunter and fisherman, but I know I'll get that record buck up here in heaven. Don't worry Mano, Coda and my wife. I'll push a record buck out to you one day and you'll beat the Hanson Buck. Of course Arnold you'll be there to take care of my hunters OK my brother. To everyone who knew me; well I'm sure going to miss you all. The hunting and fishing trips; going down the river; the back yard fires and Skylar's whistling tunes; the family barbecues, sitting around drinking coffee, visiting and sharing memories and laughs. Oh and I'm going to miss the KFC too. Most of all I'm going to miss my wife, my children, my grandchildren and great-grandson. I'm so sorry for leaving you so quickly, but you know I love each and everyone of you. In leaving I say this to you; my sister, keep singing; Arn: keep hunting; Donnie: keep playing your guitar cause I'll be listening. Darrell: next time you see a moose just shoot it; Derek: listen, is that someone whistling the star wars theme and Bob: what about a bob? To the rest of my family and relatives, look after each other and help one another; life is too short. But it was time for me to go cause God seen how tired my heart was , so He sent an angel and his Son Jesus to come get me to rest up in heaven as my work on earth was done. P.S. I Love You My wife Linda! ____________________________________________________
