BENDALL, BILL: It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband, brother, dad, grandpa, and great grandpa; John William ('Bill') Bendall. Bill passed away, with his family at his bedside, on April 15, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. Bill, son of Jack and Annie Bendall, was born on May 28, 1931 at North Battleford, Saskatchewan. He attended Connaught School. Curling, ball, farming, and hockey were regular parts of his youth. With time, Bill became an avid fisherman and golfer. He had a great love for cooking, and will always be remembered for his famous 'fish and chips' at the Aquadeo restaurant he shared with his wife Muriel. Bill is lovingly remembered by his wife Muriel; son Rick (Lynn) Bendall, grandchildren Kristy Fredricks, Greg(Rowena del Rosario)Bendall and great granddaughter Estella, daughter Cathy Soonias, grandchildren Shaun (Kara Kendall) Soonias and great-grandchildren Allijah, Keinan, and Charlize, Jodi (Steve)Welch and great-grandchildren Hailey and Josh, Trisha (Adrian) Paradis, great-grandson Edwin, daughter Heather (Max) Bru, grandchildren Stacey and Mathew, daughter Kelly Remus (Mel Matthies), grandchildren Kyle (Tara Penry) and great-granddaughter Leighton, Eric (Chelsea Brooke), daughter Lynn (Todd ) Zentner, grandchildren Jarett , Matthew, and Tanner; sisters Betty Lalonde, and Mary (Al Murdoch). Bill is predeceased by his parents Jack and Annie Bendall, first wife Billie Bendall, brother Jim Bendall, and sons-in-law Arnie Remus and George Soonias. A celebration of Bills life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. ____________________________________________________
