A vehicle and a horse unsuccessfully attempted to share the road Thursday evening 40 kilometres south of Battleford on Highway 4.
WPD ambulance responded to a collision between the vehicle and the horse at about 10:20 p.m.
Paramedics treated a 45-year-old woman who was injured in the collision. She was transported in stable condition to BUH for further care.
