Kandi Rose Ratt , 27, was located Jan. 18 in Christopher Lake arrested by officers from the Prince Albert RCMP in connection with the murder of Sheena Billette.听
Her first court appearance on charges of accessory after the fact to the murder Dec 23, was Monday in Prince Albert Provincial Court.
Still at large is Charlie (CJ) Napthalie Charles, 25, who is wanted for first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
Charles is 5鈥�9鈥� and weighs approximately 119 lbs). He has black hair and brown eyes.听 Charles is missing his left index finger and left baby finger, which may still be bandaged
