The 2011 Frontier Mall Wall of Fame inductees will be honoured during an official induction ceremony Saturday, March 19, Special Events Co-ordinator Chantal Gelinas announced recently.
Four new inductees will be added to the Wall of Fame this year. Each is or was an exceptional individual who has achieved distinction in his field and whose accomplishments have enduring value to the Battlefords and area, said Gelinas.
The Wall of Fame provides recognition of residents who have made significant contributions to the Battlefords and area. To date, 51 individuals have been inducted and Frontier Mall officials are pleased to see the Wall of Fame grow every year as deserving individuals are inducted and given a permanent place on the Wall.
The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at the west end of the mall. Frontier Mall officials invite members of the public to attend the ceremony and show their support for the 2011 inductees.
The 2011 inductees are Ray Fox, Al Gotto, Edwin Wells and Dr. Gordon Johnson
