SASKATOON - A man is recovering after an assault that occurred Tuesday night in Saskatoon.
Shortly after 7:05 p.m. on Nov. 5, police received a report of an assault in progress in the intersection of 20th Street West and Avenue C Â鶹´«Ã½AV. Arriving officers located an injured man in the 300 block of Avenue C Â鶹´«Ã½AV. He was located with extensive injuries to his face. He was transported to hospital in stable condition.
Initial investigations determined two males allegedly committed the assault on the man. Police later located the two suspects and arrested them without incident.
As a result, a 24-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault and was found to breaching his court-ordered conditions. A 30-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault and obstructing a police officer. He was also found to be breaching court-ordered conditions.
