SHA warning July 6 visitors to Regina Costco, KFC of possible COVID-19 exposure

Patrons to a Regina Costco and the southern KFC on Albert Street in the southern part of town are being warned a person infected with COVID-19 visited those business on July 6.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority said the person, who was likely infectious, visited Costco around 3 p.m. to 4 pm. and the KFC around 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

鈥淭his public health alert is being issued as a precaution,鈥 said the release from the health authority. 鈥淲e know that COVID-19 is easily transmitted and want to ensure residents are aware if they have been at these businesses during the listed times.鈥

Anyone who attended this business during the listed times below should be self-monitoring for symptoms for 14 days after their visit or seek a testing referral by contacting HealthLine 811, the authority said, adding that COVID-19 testing is now available to everyone.
