With the temperatures rapidly rising over the next few days, the RCMP is reminding the public who will be travelling on the province's highways to use caution.

With the temperatures rapidly rising over the next few days, the RCMP is reminding the public who will be travelling on the province's highways to use caution.

Rising temperatures can lead to black ice and very slippery conditions on the highways as snow blows across the roads and sticks and frost comes out of the pavement. The warmer daytime temperatures during the daylight hours and then drop in temperature overnight can lead to very dangerous roads.
