SASKATOON - The Saskatoon police are investigating following a fatal collision involving a cyclist in Saskatoon.
Members of the Collision Analyst Unit are continuing to investigate the incident that occurred on Sept. 8 at 22nd Street West and Avenue K North.
Upon arrival, officers located a female suffering from life-threatening injuries laying on the ground. She was taken to hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
Upon further investigation, it is believed the vehicle was travelling in the far-right westbound lane of 22nd Street West and the cyclist was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes of 22nd Street West at the time of the collision.
Police are still attempting to identify the deceased female in this collision.
